FAQ

OffTheHookFest is an all-ages micro-festival in the Hampshire countryside. Small but mighty!
FESTIVAL DATES AND TIMES
SAT, SEP 14
12:30-22:30
NEAR HOOK

\\ABOUT

We are a small, homemade festival without the fanfare, refinements and trimmings you might expect at a larger event. We love variety in our music and we hope you do too. Like all things homemade we're full of fruity goodness.

\\WHAT TO EXPECT

The focus at OffTHeHookFest is on the music and the main stage. There is a large play area, inflatable and other activities for kids, as well as a bar, BBQ, ice cream van and stalls. We are a small festival and a small site. If you fancy a relaxed day out with great music and drinks in the Hampshire countryside then you'll fit right in.

\\ADMISSION & LOCATION

OffTheHookFest is an all-ages friendly micro-festival held in a field adjoining the awesome Fox and Goose pub, The Street, Greywell, Hampshire, RG29 1BY, foxandgoosehampshire.co.uk

\\TIMINGS

OffTheHookFest opens its doors at 12:30 on Saturday 14th Sep 2024. There will be live music all day from 13:00 until 22:30. The site and bar will remain open until 23:00.

\\TRAVEL OPTIONS

Parking is extremely limited due to our rural location and because we're a small site. Please take a taxi or get dropped off if you can. If you have to drive please share a car wherever possible. Hook train station is a five minute taxi ride away (but will take 30 minutes plus to walk so not recommended). Hook station has a direct connection to London Waterloo and nearby Basingstoke. Hook is located right next to the M3 motorway.

\\FOOD & DRINK

There will be a bar serving excellent beer, cider, wine, spirits and soft drinks sold at normal pub prices. As we're a licensed premises festival goers aren't allowed to bring any outside alcohol onto the site - sorry! There will be a BBQ serving homemade food. You are very welcome to bring your own picnics.

\\CAMPING

There is no camping available on site - we are a one day festival.

\\SURROUNDINGS

OffTheHookFest is located in the beautiful Hampshire countryside. Please be respectful of our site and our neighbours.

\\CHILDREN

This is a family festival and children are very welcome. There is a children's play area, bouncy castle and other activities to keep them entertained.

\\WEATHER

We hope it will be fantastic weather, but it goes without saying you should bring appropriate wet weather gear if it rains. This is an outdoor festival and we are open to the elements. As the festival takes place in September it does get cold in the evenings even on hot days - so be prepared to wrap up warm to watch the headliners!

\\THESE ITEMS ARE ALLOWED

Dogs, umbrellas, sticking plasters and oversize foam hands.

\\THESE ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED

We are a licensed site so alcohol purchased externally isn't permitted on site - sorry!
